Today was Week 2 Day 3 of my C25K training. As I started out running at 5:10am I contemplated the chicken wings I ate for dinner last night. How they may cause me to drag in my running this morning. 45 minutes later, day 3 was complete. I continued on my day with getting ready for work

Thanks Ronise. I will check it out. On the days I work out, I try to make healthy food choices. Make it seem like the workout wasn't a waste.
